By accessing or using OfficeHours.love ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

OfficeHours.love connects design students ("Students") with design professionals ("Professionals") for one-time portfolio reviews. The Platform facilitates introductions and scheduling but does not supervise, verify, or endorse users. All sessions occur on third-party video tools (e.g., Google Meet).

Users must be 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you affirm you meet this requirement.

• Treat all participants with professionalism and respect.
• Do not solicit services, employment, or personal favors.
• Do not record sessions without prior consent.
• Respect participant privacy and confidentiality.

All feedback, advice, opinions, and recommendations exchanged during sessions are provided by individual users for informational purposes only. OfficeHours.love makes no warranty as to the accuracy, quality, suitability, or outcome of any advice or content shared, and does not endorse or verify the views of any participant. You rely on session content at your own risk.

OfficeHours.love is not liable for any conduct of users, nor for the content or outcome of any session. You agree to release and hold harmless OfficeHours.love, its administrators, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

We collect:

• Contact information (e.g., name, email)
• Professional information (e.g., job title, portfolio links)
• Availability and timezone
• Feedback and review summaries

• To match students and professionals
• To send scheduling and confirmation emails
• To gather anonymous usage and feedback insights
• To improve user experience and safeguard the platform

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial use. Information is only shared:

• Between matched participants for session coordination
• With the service providers listed below, who process data on our behalf under their respective data processing terms

Current sub-processors:

• Lovable (lovable.dev) — application hosting and platform infrastructure
• Supabase (supabase.com) — database, authentication, and backend storage
• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — edge delivery, DNS, and request routing
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional and notification email delivery
• Google Workspace (google.com) — administrative email and document collaboration

This list may change as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here, and you can request the current list at any time by contacting us.

We use secure cloud platforms with appropriate access restrictions. Only authorized administrators can access user data.

You may:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data

If you are outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
